Our bread is prepared with long and cold fermentation methods, up to 12+ hours, and is used to maximize each loaf's full-bodied flavor and provide positive health benefits.
All sourdough breads are handmade, making each individual loaf a true artisan product. Baked fresh daily and never frozen, no dry yeast is present in our sourdough bread.
